CMB-QUARTZ-CEM00 P2Q dashboard from P2008 2023+
Just a quick one today. The workbench is absolutely buried right now and we have a whole queue of clusters waiting to be added to FORZA 614, so this will be a short update rather than a full teardown. One day, when things calm down a bit, we'll strip this dashboard down to its individual components and give you detailed photos and a proper hardware description. Today just the essentials.
FORZA 614 now supports the Visteon instrument cluster from the 2023+ model Peugeot 2008.
What we're working with
On the bench today: an instrument cluster from a 2023 Peugeot 2008. This unit is manufactured by Visteon, type CMB-QUARTZ CEM00, marked as Combine P2Q. The part number of the cluster we worked on is 984858048000.
Inside, the cluster is built around a Renesas R5F10D processor.
Our previous Peugeot 2008 software did not cover this Visteon version so we added it to FORZA 614. If you've had one of these on the shelf waiting, it's now supported.
FORZA 614 software programming options for the Peugeot 2008 dashboard
With this cluster, you can power the unit up on the bench and change (reset) the mileage. This is done exclusively on the workbench. OBD2 programming is not available for this cluster.
The whole job runs through our ready-made plug and play F1 + F7 cables.
No soldering, no hunting for pins - you can see in the photo just how simple the setup looks. Connect and work.

Dashes instead of mileage on the bench – don't panic
When the cluster starts up on the bench, you'll see dashes displayed where the odometer reading normally sits. Don't worry about it. This is expected behaviour. In these vehicles, the mileage is also stored in the BSI module, and on the bench there's no BSI for the cluster to sync with. Here, we're focusing strictly on working with the cluster itself.
A word of caution on module swapping
One important note for this platform: swapping and connecting modules from different vehicles can create a serious mess in this case. We strongly recommend extra caution to avoid unnecessary confusion - keep the original modules together wherever possible.
One flat subscription – nothing extra to pay
As always with FORZA 614: no individual licences, no token fees, no per-model charges. This Peugeot 2008 support arrives as part of the same flat subscription.. So refresh your pc application and activation and you are ready to work.
Every new cluster we add lands in your software at no additional cost.
FAQ - Peugeot 2008 R5F10D Instrument Cluster
Does FORZA 614 support the 2023 Visteon version of the Peugeot 2008 cluster?
Yes. The Visteon CMB-QUARTZ CEM00 (Combine P2Q) cluster, part number 98 485 804 80 00, is supported in the latest FORZA 614 software release.
Can I program this cluster via OBD2?
No. OBD2 programming is not available for this cluster. All work is done on the bench using the F1 + F7 plug and play cables.
Why does the odometer show dashes on the bench?
Because in these vehicles the mileage is also stored in the BSI module. With no BSI connected on the bench, the cluster displays dashes in place of the reading - this is normal.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. The F1 + F7 cables are fully plug and play.
Connect them to the cluster, power up, and you're ready to work.
