This is what the cable set is for. Use the F1 adapter to connect the interface to a dedicated cable, and the cable to the cluster:

These are not cables for a 2003 Mégane. They are plugs for current clusters - the Toyota and Lexus RH850 units that make other tools give up, the Spansion S6J platforms, the PSA R5F boards. The work that comes into workshops now.
